His Eminence Sheikh Aql of the Druze monotheistic faith (Tawhid), received in Dar Al-Tai’fa in Beirut today a delegation from the “Friendship Network of mosques and churches visitors in Lebanon”, in the presence of the Director General of the doctrinal council Professor Mazen Fayyad, and the head of the Religious Authority in the Council Sheikh Fadel Sleem.
The delegation thanked his Eminence for his support to the network’s humane, social and spiritual role, reviewing "the prospects for strengthening unity and harmony in light of the current situation that demands great responsibilities from all to provide the required support for the network's action plan in this regard."
His Eminence also received the Chairman of the University of Modern Sciences (MUBS), Dr. Hatem Alama, who presented to his Eminence issues related to the reality of private universities and their educational role.
