His Eminence, Sheikh Aql of the Druze monotheistic faith (Tawhid), Sheikh Naeem Hasan, received at the Community House in Beirut a delegation from the International Organization for Dialogue of Religions and Civilizations headed by Dr. Fawzi Al-Bitar. They discussed the importance of adherence to all means of communication, openness and understanding between the various sects, religions and human civilizations, and the promotion of intellectual and cultural exchange, encouraging cultural exchange which strengthens opportunities for convergence and mutual support in the face of all the challenges that mankind faces at all levels.
His Eminence then received the delegation from the "Norg" Foundation, headed by Dr. Fouad Abu Nadher, who displayed a presentation of what the Foundation is performing in the field of awareness of the consequences of returning to the language of accusations and in Lebanon, and otherwise working to spread the spirit of reconciliation and purifying the memories and spreading the values of love and citizenship.
His Eminence received the businessman, Sheikh Wajdi Abu Hamza, in the presence of the Druze sectarian judge Sheikh Gandhi Makarem, with whom he reviewed matters related to the Druze monotheistic community.
Among the visitors of the community house, media personality Munir Al-Hafi, who presented to his Eminence the relationship that shares with the Jebel Area comunities, stressing the importance of the human relationship between all the people of the country in times of crises, in the presence of member of the Advisory Committee of his Eminence’s office, Sheikh Ghassan Al-Halabi.
Then, his Eminence met with his representative in Australia, Sheikh Munir Gharzuddin and a member of the Endowment Committee, Sheikh Sami Abdul-Khaleq. Later, his Eminence received Eng. Nadim Namour.
