His Eminence Sheikh Aql of the Druze monotheistic faith (Tawhid), Sheikh Naeem Hasan, deplored the manner in which some security forces are adopting through the way they conduct arrests or raids on homes, which violate the sanctity and respect of the religious figures, regardless of the charges that may be brought against those arrested – which are condemned if proven is condemned and rejected as its owner. Yet the security forces are required to observe the laws as well as the conventional customs, and the leadership of the internal security forces should move quickly and address the matter to prevent its repetition.
His Eminence affirmed his full support for the role of the security institutions and its forces in maintaining security and stability, calling on the security leaders to instruct the relevant entities to apply the conventional customs and take into consideration the sanctity of homes as well as respecting religious sanctities while executing the operations assigned to them.
