His Eminence Sheikh Akl of the Druze Unitarian Community Sheikh Naim Hassan received, in the Druze Community House in Beirut, a Saudi Youth Delegation from “The Knowledge and Cultural Exchange Program” headed by Dr. Chadi Khawanda where they presented the overall situations and ways to promote action towards social integration between the various constituents of the Arab and Islamic worlds.
After the meeting, Khawanda said: “Our visit today is among the other visits that deal with the social structure to cooperate and join hands for the county and youth support, and today’s meeting with His Eminence was special and fruitful, where His Eminence was very welcoming and understanding to all our questions, and transparent in his approach, and we need more like these meetings in the Arab world for the Islamic intellectuals and literature to listen to the youth and support them”.
Then His Eminence received Mr. Houssam Harb, the consultant of the President of the Democratic Gathering the Deputy Teymour Joumblatt where they presented the various developments.
After that, His Eminence dealt with the immigration affairs and ways to activate the bonds of communication and cooperation with the head of the Druze House in Brazil Mr. Haytham Masri.
His Eminence Sheikh Hassan received Mr. Yakthan Altaki who presented to His Eminence his last book.
Then His Eminence and Mr. Nabil Dergham dealt with the public affairs with the presence of the Secretary of the Sectarian Council Mr. Nizar Baradei.
