On the occasion of Eid al-Fitr, His Eminence Sheikh Aql of the Druze monotheistic faith (Tawhid), Sheikh Naeem Hassan received a series of congratulatory calls, most notably from the Maronite Patriarch Cardinal Bishara Al-Ra'i and President Michel Suleiman.
His Eminence also exchanged greetings with the Grand Mufti of the Lebanese Republic - Sheikh Abdul Latif Darian, and the president of the Supreme Islamic Shiite Council Sheikh Abdul Amir Qabalan.
His Eminence wished all Lebanese people a "blessed holiday to transpire in better conditions for all, our country and governmental institutions, especially the security institutions, and wished the people of Lebanon to realize their hopes of a decent life."
