His Eminence Sheikh Akel of the Druze Unitarian Community Al Sheikh Naim Hassan called for approaching all the matters with calmness and wisdom, and for the unity in the mountains and the country, and we believe in the legal validity that is represented by the government, its institutions, and the national role of the army that gains all the trust and support , and from our spiritual position, we emphasize these standards, work on achieving them, and renew our rejection for overreaching our national standings.
Al Sheikh Hassan showed his condolence to Abou Diab’s family and all the citizens in Jaheleyah for their loss of Mohammed Abou Diab, and expressed his intense agony for what happened in the past days, and he said: “In this hard phase that the country is going through where the political tension increases, we are in full trust of the political leadership that takes care of the historical security held by the Druze Unitarian community” , hoping that the issues will be dealt with legally, to prevent any dangerous ramifications.
